Kenzie's Birthday Big "6"

Kenzie turned 6 today. Richard wanted to be in on the fun so since he had to go camping with the scouts tonight we surprised her with a family party last night. Richard is too much like his dad, he told Kenzie that she could open a present now, then after she ate dinner open another one, then after cake and another before bed. Now since this was a "Surprise" party the presents were not wrapped. They each came in their very own Walmart sack.

First he gave her 2, 4 packs of C batteries. She was pretty disgusted. Next she got a beach towel. Then for the lobster floaty. The best was Richard burned her a CD that said "Kenzie's music" written on it. Kenzie grabbed it and screamed, "it's Kenzie's awesome big hits". She got some head phones too.(Mom did not read on the radio/CD player before buying it that did not have a jack for head phones).

Last was the radio/CD player to play Kenzie's awesome big hits. What a party!!!

Richard decided that he could take a kid with him and so since it was Kenzie's turn and her birthday, she decided that she would go camping with her dad and the scouts.

School is finally out

I needed to take Kenzie in for her kindergarten evaluation so I took her hat and certificate with us so we could get a couple of pictures. Kenna wanted a picture of her with her teacher since she will not be teaching at that school next year. I failed to see if KayLee also wanted a picture with her teacher so now I am in the dog house with her! I needed a picture to post of her so here is one. It has nothing to do with school and it is atleast a year old. Oh well.

Getting things done

Kook really needed some grooming. I put it off since she would get cold when we went up to Joe's Valley. Well the time came and here are the pictures. Now remember I am not a pro. doggy groomer.

When Mom takes a rest

I think this is why we over loaded the camera last week. I keep finding pictures that I know I did not take.
